XP Home Security Tab

So, what d’you do if you’re running XP Home edition and you need the security tab for setting permissions? It’s usually only available in XP Pro. Short answer – install XP Pro. Long and generally more helpful answer – read on.

Double click the SCESP4I.EXE file and extract the contents to a location on your hard disk. Locate the Setup.inf you just extracted file, right click it and select Install. Reboot your computer.
